Plastic heat bending is a fabrication method that involves heating a straight section of a flat sheet plastic item and then bending it to the required angle.
Heat bending is perfect for creating complex plastic items from simple flat patterns and is often used in Acrylic Fabrication.
It is also a very inexpensive way to make display components as there are very little set-up costs incurred and no tooling required.
Heat bent items include Brochure holders, Table menu stands, Display frames, Shelf inserts, Light box housing and much more.
