Laser Cutting is a process that involves an enhanced laser beam that can cut through almost any material.
The laser is C.N.C (Computer Numeric Controlled) programmed and can therefore cut almost any shape.
One of the best methods for cutting acrylic with a polished edge is laser cutting. This is perfect for high end displays as it requires no additional handling. See Perspex Units for examples.
Laser Cutting is also perfect for High tolerance metal work as it can cut through very thick steel and still maintain CAD accuracy.
