Norm Ackland

Business Director

Prior to joining Concept Forum in 2008, Norm worked with ICI Dulux for 11 years in various Technical and Client management roles, CSR Formica as Business Development Manager and was one of the founders of Compucut Australia P/L, a CNC manufacturing business, where he became heavily involved in POP displays and the broad range of opportunities within the retail environment for over 8 years.

As our Business Manager he brings extensive experience in managing client relationships, general sales, quotation and production planning for retail display clients.

Norm possesses a relentless focus on client satisfaction and was instrumental is maintaining strong business growth during the Global Financial Crisis. He continues to build the strong culture of innovation and quality here at Concept Forum.

Agim Dalipi

Production Director and Co-Owner

Agim migrated to Australia in 1984 and quickly established himself as a production manager in retail display and exhibition manufacturing. With his solid background in manufacturing he founded Concept Forum in 2002 with his business partner Tom Shuttleworth.

Possessing broad knowledge in general manufacturing Agim specializes in Vacuum Forming plastics, Cabinet Making, Router Cutting, Tool making and on-site installation. He brings a depth of experience and an ability to innovate under pressure and continues to be Concept Forum's biggest production asset.

Agim is focused on high quality production with minimal cost and waste. This is clearly reflected in the set-up of our systematic production facility and our long list of happy blue chip clients.

Tom Shuttleworth

International Business Director and Co-Owner

After emigrating from England to Australia at the age of 7 Tom spent his early days heavily involved in anything creative culminating in the foundation of Concept Forum P/L in 2002 with his business partner Agim Dalipi.

Currently residing in London, Tom operates Concept Forum's global design service with the support of Head office in Melbourne Australia.

Tom brings an innovative approach to client management and POP design and has focused on becoming a master in systems and processes, yet he remains hands on in design and manufacturing. With extensive experience in client management, concept development (sketching and CAD work), project planning & estimation, prototyping & production documentation, Tom also has strengths in complex category management and retail store compliance.

Prior to starting Concept Forum Tom cut his teeth in design and sales as a POP specialist for health and beauty, electronics, fashion and FMCG sectors, as a freelance toy designer for Lego (Denmark) and as a designer for office furniture and custom storage. He has also designed and built a 3 storey warehouse apartment conversion, renovated a couple of Victorian terrace houses and travelled extensively throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Tom has a graduate degree in Industrial Design and a distinction in Automotive design from Monash University (Melbourne).
